Called when we had water pouring from our attic into our upstairs office. Arrived within 20 minutes and was straight up in the attic to diagnose and manage the problem. Lovely friendly engineer who explained everything clearly and very impressed with the overall cost of the job. Would definitely call again!

Had a problem with my toilet. Plumber arrived in the evening and sorted it out. He did a good job so I wouldn't complain about that however it was extremely expensive. I've also asked 3 times now for an invoice to be emailed to me for my insurance. Still waiting after a week....... Update.....its now February (job was done in December) and still no invoice and after speaking to other plumbers about the job that was done I've been advised I was grossly overcharged.

Young man came to fix a leak with my toilet on Xmas day . Arrived within the hour. Fixed the problem straight away. Had been quoted at least 500 pound by the first company I rang. This company changed 258.00 pound a lot cheaper. Thanks for prompt service would highly recommend.
