Nothing like what I asked for. Didn’t have straight tips only bent ones. Even length wise. Wouldn’t listen to what I liked. Overall friendly people but nails is awful. (Had to redit my review to type this) THEY DON’T LISTEN u can tell from her response. I said i don’t like the colour on the first coat. She said because it’s not double coated. Why would you only have bent tips does that suit every person?. terrible experience

Nails were ok, not the best compared to the usual nail shops in Newcastle. Strange shape and not as pointy as I would like more oval than pointed. Lady wasn't best pleased when I wanted longer nails after she had cut them too small, she was gentle and friendly. Although asked my young daughter to pass her phone off the reception desk when it rang rather than leaving it until she was free. Took many calls during the appointment on loud speaker with family members (not booking appointments) which I thought was a little ignorant and rude.

Affordable lovely nails! I walked in and got served straight away, the staff were helpful and my nails lasted for ages! (Photos of 3 week old acrylics)
