Couldn’t recommend Shaun and his team enough. We first used Lavery building services for our kitchen renovation, to rip out old kitchen & flooring, add a false stud wall & plaster the entire room and ceiling. Him and his team did a fabulous job for a good price. We’ve since used Lavery building setvices for external work, another good job done by an honest and trustworthy tradesman. We used Lavery Building Services to remove an old kitchen, adding a stud wall to make it level for new kitchen units, removing doors/frames to create an open plan downstairs layout, plastering etc. I spoke to Shaun when he came to quote, he was friendly and extremely knowledgeable offering advice for how to best approach the project. Shaun and his team were reliable and on time. We later used them for more work when I had damp in my upstairs bedroom, I contacted Shaun and he came out the very same day and rectified the issue. Would not hesitate to recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

Used Lavery building services for a replacement lintel above first floor window, Shaun came out promptly and gave quote which we were happy with, after discussing the work with Shaun we felt he had a good understanding of the work involved on old building. Work completed very promptly when weather allowed. Olly and Danny completed within few hours all explained returned few days later to paint very happy with the work good communication throughout
