L’espoir Nails

Been before. Honestly was so pleased the first time but when me and my friend went today there was definitely a difference in the atmosphere and the staff’s attention. I got cut a few times and the nails were not straight and my design felt rushed and nothing like the photo. I was so excited after my nails last time but today the staff had no patience. Just disappointed. It was clearly busy but definitely to the detriment of the clients.

I absolutely adore this salon!! I've been here 3 times now and each time I have been treated so lovely. Every single staff member is so patient when I can't decide on a length, and they are always so helpful. Services are super quick and the salon itself has such a calming vibe. Would defo recommend to anyone xx
