From London to Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 and then from Scotland to Newcastle. On our way to Middlesbrough, we decided to stop and visit Newcastle, when we arrived here and parked up we noticed a cranking noise joined by small banging noises and some smoke coming out from the timing belt area. So plan of action: 1) Let’s park check in to the hotel grab something to eat and sit down to assess the situation 2) while we were eating we went on google maps and found this garage 3) contact the garage and hope they have time to fit us in. First we called the dealership and they turned us down because they only see you with bookings. We were greeted by Chris, that I can say he was very professional and raised up to the reviews that they have online, amazing customer service, great communication. I always believed in karma and finally that paid back! He treated me the same like how I treat my clients. With honest answers and decent prices.
