I would like to share feedback for Martin, the floor fitter who completed the bathroom floor repairs in November. From the moment he arrived, Martin was professional, polite, and extremely reassuring. He explained every step of the process clearly and worked with great care and attention to detail. Given how difficult the past months have been with ongoing repair issues, his calm manner made a significant difference to my stress levels. Martin took real pride in his work. The floor has been fitted to an excellent standard, and the room was left clean and tidy afterwards. He didn’t rush, he checked everything carefully, and he made sure the job was completed properly. Overall, Martin delivered an outstanding level of service and provided a sense of trust and confidence during this repair journey. I would highly recommend him and feel his professionalism deserves recognition.

Dreadful, had some work done with Believe Housing and Sendrig last year, did a rewire and fitted a new kitchen, kitchen still not right a year on. Cable boxing hanging off walls, pipes everywhere, holes around sockets. Most questionable design choices (who puts a radiator on the side of a cupboard to save space). Constant upheaval, unorganised and shoddy workmanship. I am glad Believe Housing have took on a new contractor to fix the work these have done as quite frankly they are shocking.

I’ve recently had some modernisation works carried out at my property on behalf of my landlord by Sendrig and I can honestly say from start to finish they kept me well informed on daily activities and the work force were very nice chaps and were so very helpful. I’d 100% recommend them for anyone’s home if your looking for a great service with high class workmanship
