I broke down in Newcastle and called this garage, lady on reception was brilliant and asked mechanic to call me back. The mechanic was very helpful and went out of his way to get my van to the garage. Replaced my alternator belt in good time and for a reasonable price too. Even got a brew while waiting, I would have been waiting 5 hours for RAC if it wasn't for these guys - Highly recommended, thanks again 😊

Updated review. Stopped going after the owner who is not a mechanic (was informed of this by their own mechanic) did somethinto my car which he shouldn't have. No details shared as I want to remain anon. But it's quite basic and I knew he wasn't supposed to! It was dangerous to my car and him! I even tried to stop him but he didn't listen because what would a woman know. The mechanic had to be called and having spoken to him he agreed it was a stupid and risky thing to do. No lasting damage thankfully however, I never returned.

I've found City Auto Care to be really reliable. They do what you ask, reasonable prices, and I always feel they're an honest, decent business. I'm happy to recommend them
