Terrioble customer service. The owner is clearly against Groupon customers (so why did he advertise offers on Groupon????), said that all weekends were already booked and that he only could offer 2pm and 4pm arrivals on weekdays. Does he know that some people have a full time job and cannot go for a cuppa in the middle of the day? I am seriously desappointed and shocked by the behaviour of the owner, who by the way hung up on me whan I tried to give him some feedback about his attitude. My advice: stay away from this place.
