I’ve used Michael’s services on three separate occasions now, and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. He’s professional, polite and extremely punctual with great communication. All the work needed is explained clearly, completed to a high standard and reasonably priced. He’s sorted two issues within our own home, and another recently with tenants in a rental property without any issues. Wouldn’t use anyone else!

Michael Robinson is our favourite Geordie plumber: He's polite, caring and does a great job at the best price possible! My 82-yr old Mam lives in Newcastle and I'll be honest, she usually doesn't trust tradespeople. Yet she calls Michael an "Angel" and is impressed at how seriously he takes his job, understanding when something is urgent. For example, she recently had a boiler leak and Michael came over to fix it ASAP. And even though the job took longer than we all originally thought it would, he refused to take any more money. Therefore, my Mam and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Michael as a plumber and giving him 5-stars for his 5-star service!

I've just had a bathroom renovated by Michael and his team. This is the second one he did for us and both times couldn't have been happier. Great communication, high quality finish and fast delivery. Michael's attention to details is admirable and appreciated.
