OneGym

Thanks for bringing OneGym to newcastle guys!! we had our first training session here today and we are absolutely blown away by this place! the machines are absolutely unbeatable, very comfortable. the changing rooms are absolutely top!!! all staff are friendly and always helpful, nice to see so many beautiful and professional faces here🥰🥰 This gym is definitely different and the best here!!!!

The gym facilities are great and well maintained. I had a session with Holly, who was friendly, supportive, and she has a fantastic energy. She helped correct my form and encouraged me to push myself. When I was the only one in class, she kindly offered a one-to-one session, guiding me through full-body exercises and providing a sheet with the exercises and weights i did.I really appreciated her effort and professionalism.

I am very disappointed in this gym, I joined this gym thinking that this is a 24 hour gym, I don’t feel comfortable because when I joined this gym I was happy that they had the shower facility. The notices all around the building states a specific time for example when they say they will close at 8pm they start cleaning more than a hour before the showers will close, there are three other showers which have Toilets inside and are always dirty, the showers are also for mixed gender use, what makes me also very uncomfortable because sometimes people knocking on the door to use the toilet and the lack of number of showers from heads are far less; The gym is stated 24 hours but I don’t think it is because it is very inappropriate whilst I am doing reps that people come and tap on my shoulder during the exercise and tell me to go and remove my belongings because they are closing the changing rooms which is very disappointing considering this gym looks nice and is new, they lack in professional knowledge especially towards time keeping and also customer service, because I can see that I am not the only one who is struggling with this situation from reading all the reviews previously. Please considering all these reviews either place the lockers outside of the changing rooms so people don’t get disturbed whilst training, or stick to the times that you have given, or change the gym from 24hours to 8pm. I am going to be going back to pure gym, because they close the shower at 10 and not earlier then stating this. I will include a photo of the queue for the showers.
