Pets at Home Newcastle Byker

Came here trying to buy fish and with 15-20 mins till the shop closes to be told it’s too late? As far as I’m aware there is nothing saying you don’t sell fish after a certain time. The staff seemed like they couldn’t be bothered. I have shopped here for fish multiple times and it takes less than 5 mins for the whole thing usually. Was very disappointed and a waste of my time.

Don't bother with the groomers. Waited for half hour only to be told they aren't doing walk in until end of next week. Only wanted the dogs nails clipping.

Friendly staff. Great specials on things like cat stands. Awesome variety of pet related food and stuff.
