I’ve been training with Sam since July 2025, I guess 7 or 8 month now ? I can honestly say that the gym feels less scary compared to then. Sam actually teaches you how to do things properly (with research based facts ) instead of just throwing things at you and expecting for the best. . Not only he is patient , he has a way to explain things in a way that makes totally sense , and somehow when I’m about to give up he knows how to push me .. I’ve gotten stronger and more confident, I can train on my own consistently which I never thought I’d do His classes are great ! Especially MIND Class !!! Would definitely recommend if you want someone supportive but who still holds you accountable!

I've been to a couple different gyms and this is definitely a good one. I've done some classes led by Sam and you can always guarantee a good workout. The staff are helpful and the equipment I need is always available.

Good value. Some amazing classes and clean equipment throughout. There is a major difference in trainers instructing the classes, and it’s a bit hit and miss on whether it will be a good and easy to follow workout. Props to Asia and John who’s classes are great!
