Tom Barker first serviced my old Renault5 in 1985, and we have remained with this excellent garage ever since.They have serviced, repaired, mot’d and generally looked after about 6 of our cars . First with Tom Barker, then with Tom and son Steve.,and now with Steve. with the addition of Andy and Shelby( the dog !!) This garage is the best I know of in Newcastle, they are very professional, always fair, and will be utterly honest about what needs doing when you take your car in.They always have time to explain things. This garage is the best I have ever come across. I don't feel taken advantage of, I feel they are fair and reasonable and don't talk down to me because I am female and the service I have received as gone above and beyond for me - particularly today so I wanted to send a review. All the guys are really helpful.

I definitely recommend these guys, they went above and beyond to figure out a problem I had with my Renault Traffic which other places gave up on. Thanks Andy and everyone who sorted out my van
