Absolutely awful experience I’ve been going for over a year and have mostly been satisfied because of Reyhaneh, who is lovely, professional, and incredibly talented. She’s the only reason I kept returning despite their issues. Today was the final straw. The nail tech did not communicate, ignored what I asked for (I said I wanted them cut, not just filed), and left them uneven and jagged. The shaping and gel were sloppy - severall nails were longer and wider than others. When it came time for the black French tips, another tech took rushed through everything, leaving an uneven result. Also, while I was looking at colors, she took them away from me as if I were a child playing with something I was not supposed to (she was not working on my free hand and I was in no way bothering her). Thankfully, Reyhaneh offered to fix the mess, even though she was busy and it wasn’t her fault. She apologised repeatedly and did her best to help. The real issue came when I expressed that I was unhappy - the manager was rude, dismissive, and tried to convince me that my nails were fine when they clearly weren’t. To make things worse, he couldn’t even honour the student discount (£2!!!), and still had the audacity to argue with me about it. After all that, I said I’d just come back to get the nails removed, and even then he argued with me! No accountability, and a manager who doesn’t know how to handle unhappy customers. Never again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Terrible service after I paid £70 for nails, with a certain design, woman was already hesitant about the work she had done and knew it looked awful and nothing like the inspo pic. (Could’ve just told me to pick another design) Wasn’t neatly done and a gem came of the same day. Went to get this rectified and explained the design was poorly done, to which they wanted to charge me an extra £18 just for a colour change?! … requested the same style nails cat eye which I paid extra for on initial appointment, so why wouldn’t I! And they got someone who didn’t have a clue how to do it or how it worked to do them! Absolute jokes, I always use them for convenience and have had a number of issues with my nails and never once complained, but I just wanted nice Christmas nails, and I’m no better off then I was with the original design, which my 3 year old neice could have done better. Much better places to spend your hard earned cash, don’t put it in this careless place. (I had flash and good lighting on second pic) overall acrylic and shape was poor too. Probably only have 1 decent nail tech.

Absolutely amazing nails. I showed a design I quite liked, and she nailed it (no pun intended). Great quick service and I didn’t have an appointment, they just accommodated me on a walk-in basis. I will return again. Thank you!
