Unity Gym

I've been a member of Unity for nearly 3 years and I've enjoyed every class there. The coaches and the community are great! and the content of the classes (programming) is varied and rigorous, but always achievable.

Excellent gym with amazing coaches who go out of their way to make sure everybody is included and progressing at a level and pace appropriate for them. The community is incredibly welcoming with a fantastic sense of comradery. Everyone's wins are celebrated, nobody is ever judged. I was a previous member who left for personal reasons. When I rejoined (heavier and less fit) I was incredibly apprehensive about returning but I was greeted like an old friend, encouraged to focus on consistency of attendance and take it steady with tailored modifications to exercises. Fast forward 8 months and it's one of the best decisions I've made. I cannot recommend Unity highly enough!

Fantastic speciality gym based near Ouseburn. Staff are so knowledgable, patient and friendly. Small group classes really help to make each workout feel personal and developmental.
