What a find this store is. Whilst it's not had money thrown at the decor, this reflects in the prices which is great. The quality and range of products are fab, offering alternatives to the mainstream suppliers. It's like Pets at Home, but without the price tag! Spoiling your pet is easy to do, with the friendly, knowledgable staff made this an excellent experience. There's a Maccies n Aldi in the vicinity, so you can indulge. Parking availability is not huge, but there's enough spaces if you're happy to refrain from the Mon-Fri 9-5 expectation mentality. Overall, we'd bought more than we planned, but got lots for the money outlayed. We'll defo revisit again and recommend that if you have pets you try this at least once. It's unlikely you'd be disappointed.

Stock levels arent reliable, dubious advice and misleading prices The chicken and beef Nutriment raw cat food has been out of stock for weeks. Advised by one member of staff that frozen food delivery is on Wednesdays, on Wednesday the same member of staff said it was Thursday PM, on Thursday they said it was on Fridays. Told by staff that the Durham frozen food is an appropriate substitute despite only being a complimentary food (Nutriment is complete), when I pointed this out they insisted the DF is complete despite the product packaging clearly stating the opposite. KatKin advertised in store as 3 for £10 - got to the til and they tried to charge full price. Website is also terrible (although not the fault of the particular store)

Can't rate this store enough, lovely friendly staff and a great product range. Always makes the pup happy. You will never find any raw hide here it's all natural.
