The Groom Room Gateshead

Have been told by staff to "pop by any time" for nails to be cut but we have turned up several times now, only for them to be shut hours before closing time. We have even come along one time, to find the groomers open and staff sat doing nothing but they still refused to cut nails. 45 minute round trip for the place to be shut is no longer do-able for us.

My dog literally came out sparkling!!! He smells amazing. The staff are very friendly and he had a great experience. We will definitely be back!!!!

Booked for a full groom. Arrived to be told I had only booked and paid for a wash. Ears were not cleaned. Usually take 90 minutes to 2 hours to do full groom but only took 1 hour. Rude to my partner who picked her up. Was told prior he would be picking her up.
