The Groom Room Newcastle Kingston Park

Had been going here for a couple of years with no issues. Then the usual girls left and standards went downhill. Dogs cuts were awful. Then all of a sudden appointments getting cancelled at last minute and having to find a new groomer.

So happy after taking my Shih Tzu puppy in for a groom. He is a puppy who likes to play, run, roll around in the mud. His coat was getting too long and the dirt and brambles always sticking to him. He looks soooooooo much better now. Thanks so much to the lady who saw to Brady today. I almost cried with happiness when I saw him :) What he looked like typically before, and after photos attached ;)

My boyfriend and I brought our two puppies in today for their first full groom, and we couldn’t be happier! The staff was so lovely and considerate, and it’s clear our pups really enjoyed the experience-they were all smiles afterward. We’ll definitely be bringing them back. Thank you!
